At Hotel Casona Quetzal, we know your pets are part of the family. That’s why we open our doors so they can also enjoy a comfortable and safe stay by your side.
We offer Independencia and Zaragoza rooms specially designated for guests traveling with pets. These rooms provide an ideal environment for you and your furry companion to feel right at home.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Applies only to the Independencia and Zaragoza rooms.

The cost per pet is $500.00 MXN per night (taxes included).

Out of respect for other guests, we ask that you always supervise your pet and follow basic coexistence rules.

Reservation: One pet per room (max. 15 kg, small or medium breed/size).

Documentation: Updated vaccination card, collar, leash, and muzzle (only if necessary).

Responsibility: Sign a letter with a guarantee in case of damage to facilities or belongings.

Dog care:

Follow the instructions for the assigned room.

Do not disturb the peace or safety of other guests or pets.

Walk in designated areas and under supervision.

Pick up waste and use a leash/muzzle when necessary.

Exemption: The hotel is not responsible for illness, loss, or death of the pet.

Non-compliance: Management may request removal of the pet within 24 hours in case of complaints or non-compliance.

Accidents: The owner will cover medical expenses if their pet bites someone or another dog.

Coexistence: These policies aim to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for everyone.
