To enjoy our pet-friendly option, all the criteria described here must be met without exception:

Confirmation: Wait to receive your reservation confirmation by email authorizing your pet’s entry to the facilities.

Documentation: Upon arrival, present your updated vaccination record (valid for a maximum of seven months prior to the visit), collar, leash, and muzzle (only if necessary); otherwise, your pet will not be allowed in.

Identification: It is essential that your pet wears a clear identification tag.

Letter of Responsibility: Sign a letter guaranteeing payment via credit card in case the dog causes damage to hotel facilities and/or third-party belongings.

Ensure the pet does not disturb the peace and safety of other guests or dogs.

Keep and walk the pet only in designated areas and under constant adult supervision.

Walk on a leash and muzzle only if necessary.

Bring all necessary accessories, as we do not leashes or toys for sale or loan.

Pick up pet feces and dispose of them in the designated containers.

Never leave the pet alone in the car or room.

Ensure the pet is clean before check-in.

Disclaimer: The hotel disclaims all liability for illness, loss, or death of your pet.

Complaints or Non-Compliance: In the event of complaints from other guests or non-compliance with these rules, management may request that the dog be removed from the property within 24 hours of notification.

Accidents: If the pet bites a person or another dog, the owner will be responsible for accompanying them to the hospital, bringing the aggressor’s vaccination record, covering 100% of the medical expenses, and removing the animal from the premises within a maximum of 24 hours.

Coexistence: These rules aim to ensure safe and pleasant coexistence; Failure to comply may lead to the suspension of service to owners by decision of the administration.
